The Long Island Shucking Truck is run by The Viggiano Brothers, who have a combined 30 years of food service experience. Jonathan has worked at several local Italian restaurants, as a sous chef. Ralph has been an executive chef at a beach club in the Hamptons, for over 20 years. He specializes in catering and cooking a wide variety of food.
